Our Charity Care program covers up to 399% of the FPL for a 100% charity care write-off for medically necessary services or supplies. We also provide discounts up to 649% of the FPL to patients that are not able to qualify for full charity care. These patients may qualify for discounted payments (see hospital's charity care and discounted payment policies for more information). We also take applications using 2 methods, i.e., on-line and hard copy. Only the hard copy application is in the multiple languages indicated.
